Variable cross-section yield L-shaped metal damper
The invention discloses a variable cross-section yield L-shaped metal damper. The damper comprises an L-shaped energy dissipation steel plate, a push-pull plate, a limiting plate, a bottom plate and aconnecting plate, wherein the rigidity of the limiting plate 1 is greater than that of the L-shaped energy dissipation steel plate; the limiting plate is fixed to a bridge bent cap structure throughthe bottom plate; a sliding groove with an arc section and a straight section is formed in the limiting plate, and the L-shaped energy dissipation steel plate is arranged in the sliding groove of thelimiting plate; and the end, which extends out of the sliding groove, of the L-shaped energy dissipation steel plate is fixed to a bridge girder structure through the push-pull plate and the connecting plate. Energy dissipation is carried out through successive yielding of different sections, and the problem of stress concentration of a core energy dissipation component of a common metal damper iseffectively solved; and meanwhile, bending deformation of the L-shaped energy dissipation steel plate in the limiting plate is adopted, segmented bending deformation energy dissipation is achieved, the anti-fatigue performance is better, and the phenomenon of stress concentration of a certain single point is avoided.
本发明为一种变截面屈服L形金属阻尼器,该阻尼器包括:L形耗能钢板、推拉板、限位板、底板、连接板;限位板1刚度大于L形耗能钢板刚度;限位板通过底板固定在桥梁盖梁结构上;所述限位板内设置有具有圆弧段和平直段的滑槽,L形耗能钢板置于限位板的滑槽内;L形耗能钢板伸出滑槽的一端通过推拉板、连接板固定在桥梁主梁结构上。通过不同截面的逐次屈服进行耗能,有效避免了一般金属阻尼器核心耗能构件应力集中问题;同时采用L型耗能钢板在限位板内的弯曲变形,且分段弯曲变形耗能,抗疲劳性能更好,不会出现某单点应力集中的现象。
