The sand-blocking and stabilizing cage simultaneously has stabilizing and sand-blocking functions, is used in valley areas or windy and sandy areas with unclear primary and secondary wind directions, and prevents sand wind from being accumulated in railway or highway road area ranges. According to the aerodynamic principle, a sand source in an implementation area can be effectively fixed, transit wind-sand flow can be prevented, the sand storm can be intercepted in a designated area far away from a protection target, and sand removal is facilitated. The cage has the advantages of high construction efficiency, low construction cost, low maintenance cost, high sand prevention benefit and the like. And after the mission is finished, the cage can be recycled.
