The invention relates to a municipal road maintenance device comprising a speed limiting strip, a circular column and a circular groove. The circular groove is formed in the ground, the circular column is embedded in the circular groove, the top of the circular column is exposed out of the circular groove, and the speed limiting strip is fixedly connected with the top of the circular column through a bolt. The speed limiting strip is in a shape of a common deceleration strip with a fan-shaped section. By means of the arrangement, the circular column can rotate around a certain angle in the circular groove, and then the speed limiting strip can rotate within a certain range. Due to the fact that the end, facing the coming direction of the vehicle, of the speed limiting strip is grounded andthe other end of the speed limiting strip tilts, the wheel firstly presses the speed limiting strip on the side provided with the balance weight steel bars and then continues to move forwards, the other side of the speed limiting strip is pressed down, and the wheel can smoothly pass through the deceleration strip area. The speed limiting strip is fixedly installed on the circular column througha bolt, and when a certain section of the speed limiting strip is damaged, the speed limiting strip at the end can be directly taken down to be replaced. By means of the arrangement, a large number ofbasic materials can be saved, and cost control is facilitated.
