The invention discloses a concrete internal vibration type pouring process, and belongs to the technical field of concrete pouring. The process comprises the following steps of burying an embedded rodinto a pouring foundation pit, arranging an embedded vibration mechanism on the embedded rod, and driving the vibration mechanism to rotate by using an electric driving mechanism embedded at the topend of the embedded rod, wherein the vibration mechanism rotates along the outer side of the embedded rod to vibrate and exhaust concrete poured into the pouring foundation pit, after pouring is completed, the electric driving mechanism is dismantled upwards, the embedded rod is filled with the poured concrete to be full, and the embedded rod and the vibration mechanism are reserved in the concrete and do not need to be pulled out; and meanwhile, the embedded rod is matched with the vibration mechanism to be reserved in the concrete to achieve a reinforcing effect on the concrete, so that a certain reinforcing mechanisms similar to reinforcing steel bars do not need to be additionally loaded in the concrete to improve the overall mechanical strength of the concrete; and in addition, a vibration rod does not need to be manually held for operation.
