The invention discloses a construction quality control device for a solidified soil pile and a construction method thereof. Under the control of a frequency conversion control device, a drill pipe anda protective cylinder of a mixing pile machine or a jet-grouting pile machine can adjust lifting speed, mixing or jet-grouting speed and spraying amount of the drill pipe automatically in real time according to different soil layer information, a temperature of the solidified soil and pressure on an inner wall of the protective cylinder; in-situ soil in the protective cylinder is uniformly and completely mixed with a curing agent; and the solidified soil pile is formed in a foundation. Construction parameters are automatically optimized through the frequency conversion control device to ensure the pile forming quality of the solidified soil pile. The mixing uniformity of solidified soil at the upper and lower parts of a pile body can be effectively ensured in a complex formation, the strength and quality of the pile body of the solidified soil pile can be controlled effectively, and the quality inspection is convenient. Resources are used locally and environment-friendly without muck;the construction parameters are monitored throughout a whole process and automatically optimized by frequency conversion; and with strong human-computer interaction, convenience is greatly improved when a construction quality is ensured.
