The construction method comprises the steps that a pressure sensoris installed on the pipe wall of a first joint pipe; the first joint pipe is hoisted into the joint hole; the multiple middle joint pipes are sequentially hoisted into the joint holes, then the tailjoint pipe is hoisted into the joint holes, and all the joint pipes are connected; and when concrete pouring in the slotted hole where the joint pipe is located reaches the demolding time and the pressure of the pressure sensor does not exceed the set pressure, the whole joint pipe is lifted upwards by the set distance. The method has the beneficial effects that the demolding time is accurately grasped, so that when the whole joint pipe is pulled out, joint hole shrinkage or collapse cannot be caused too early, and pipe wall dead casting cannot be caused too late; meanwhile, the pressure sensor is arranged on the wall of the first joint pipe, so that the burying depth and the pulling difficulty degree of the first joint pipe in concrete can be effectively monitored, the whole joint pipe cannot be buried too deep to be pulled out while the pulling time is met, and the construction efficiency is improved.
