The invention relates to an integrally-formed flood-control slope building device. According to the technical scheme adopted by the invention, the integrally-formed flood-control slope building devicecomprises a travelling bracket, wherein the middle position of the travelling bracket is fixedly provided with a vertical circular tube; a volute plate shaped cavity with a vertical axis is arrangedabove the circular tube; a rotatable outer tooth ring sleeves outside the cavity; the cavity is fixedly arranged in the outer tooth ring; the lower side end of the cavity is provided with a volute shaped through slot; S-shaped stacked oxford cloth is placed in the cavity; the position, close to the end part of the through slot, of the oxford cloth gets out from the through slot and passes throughthe circular tube; the end part, at the outer side of the circular tube, of the oxford cloth is fixed to be a cloth bag shaped structure through a rope; the upper end of the cavity is fixedly providedwith a charge funnel; the lower end of the charge funnel extends into the circular cavity in the middle of the cavity; the left side of the travelling bracket is provided with a work bin which is bigin top and is small in bottom, and moves front and back along with the travelling bracket; a conveyor belt is arranged between the work bin and the funnel; the left end of the conveyor belt is hingedin the work bin; and the right end of the conveyor belt is arranged above the charge funnel, and is hinged on the travelling bracket.
