Foundation pit dewatering system
The invention discloses a foundation pit dewatering system which comprises a soft soil foundation, a reclamation area and a sludge area, wherein a ring of pile foundations is arranged at the peripheryof the reclamation area; one side of the reclamation area is provided with a vacuum pump and a direct-current power supply; one side in the reclamation area is provided with a vertical water drainagetube connected to the vacuum pump; a plurality of layers of transverse water drainage tubes are arranged on the vertical water drainage tube; the other ends of the transverse water drainage tubes areinserted into the soft soil foundation at the other side of the reclamation area; a plurality of conductive water drainage plates are arranged on the transverse water drainage tubes; the transverse water drainage tubes at the upper layer are provided with electro-osmosis anodes; electro-osmosis electrodes arranged at each next layer of the transverse water drainage tubes are reverse to those of the last layer of transverse water drainage tubes; electrodes of the conductive water drainage plates are connected to electro-osmosis electrodes of the corresponding transverse water drainage tubes through guide wires; the guide wires and the conductive water drainage plates define an integer which can drain water and also can be conductive; and electro-osmosis electrodes of the transverse water drainage tubes are connected to the direct-current power supply through the guide wires. The foundation pit dewatering system can quickly dewater for a foundation pit, quickens reclamation efficiency,improves foundation treatment efficiency and improves and fastens foundation pile strength.
本发明公开的基坑降水系统包括软土地基、围垦区和淤泥区,围垦区外围设有一圈桩基,围垦区一侧设有真空泵和直流电源,围垦区内一侧设有与真空泵连接的竖向排水管,竖向排水管上设有多层横向排水管,横向排水管另一端插入围垦区另一侧的的软土地基内,且横向排水管上设有多个导电排水板,最上层的横向排水管设有电渗阳极,往下的每一层横向排水管设置的电渗电极与上一层横向排水管设置的电渗电极相反,导电排水板的电极通过导线连接对应横向排水管的电渗电极,导线与导电排水板形成既能排水又能导电的整体,横向排水管的电渗电极通过导线连接直流电源。该基坑降水系统够对基坑进行快速降水、加快围垦速率、提高地基处理效率、加强紧固了桩基强度。
