Steel-concrete composite beam structure, building and construction method
The invention relates to a steel-concrete composite beam structure, a building and a construction method. The structure comprises a corrugated web steel beam. A prefabricated slab is in lap joint withthe upper surface of the upper flange of the corrugated web steel beam. An edge joint is formed between every two adjacent prefabricated slabs. Concrete is poured into the edge joints. The adjacent prefabricated slabs are connected through lap joint steel bars. A post-cast layer is arranged on the upper end face of the prefabricated slab. The post-cast layer and the prefabricated slab form a composite slab structure. A profiled steel sheet is arranged in the edge joint. The bottom face of the profiled steel sheet is flush with the lower end face of the prefabricated slab so as to bear the concrete in the edge joints. According to the steel-concrete composite beam structure, the building and the construction method, the structural strength and integrality of the composite beam can be improved, meanwhile, laying of templates is reduced, the construction technique is simplified, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本公开涉及一种钢‑混凝土组合梁结构、建筑物及施工方法,包括波纹腹板钢梁,波纹腹板钢梁上翼缘的上表面搭接有预制板,相邻预制板之间形成拼缝,拼缝中浇筑有混凝土,相邻预制板之间通过搭接钢筋连接,预制板的上端面设置有后浇层,后浇层与预制板形成叠合板结构,拼缝中设置有压型钢板,压型钢板的底面与预制板的下端面平齐,以承接拼缝中的混凝土。本公开能够在提高组合梁结构强度和整体性的同时,减少模板的铺设,简化施工工艺,提高施工效率。
