The invention discloses a height-based adjustable type constructional engineering scaffold, and relates to the technical field of scaffolds. The scaffold provided by the invention comprises a pedestaland stand columns; an opposite side face of the pedestal is provided with a first sliding chute; a sliding plate is in sliding connection in the first sliding chute; an upper surface of the sliding chute is provided with a first sliding neck; an internal thread ring is in sliding connection in the first sliding neck; a threaded rod is in threaded connection in the internal thread ring; one side face of the stand column is provided with a second sliding chute; and a support workbench is in sliding connection in the second sliding chute. According to the scaffold provided by the invention, withdesign of the first sliding neck, the internal thread ring, the threaded rod, the second sliding chute, a first ladder plate, the second sliding neck and a second ladder plate, flexible adjustment ofheight of the scaffold can be realized, meanwhile, operators are helped to get on and get off the scaffold, the scaffold is simple in structure and convenient to operate, saves a lot of time, greatlyimproves work efficiency of the operators, reduces work intensity of the operators, and greatly improves safety of getting on and getting off the scaffold for the operators.
