The supporting assembly comprises a base and a sliding rail arranged on the base and is used for supporting the sliding assemblies to slide on the sliding railand providing inclined support force for the sliding assemblies inclined along with the upper formwork after the upper formwork is inclined. The sliding assemblies bear the upper formwork, is slidablyarranged on the sliding rail and can incline on the sliding rail at the same time. The upper formwork is arranged on the two or more sliding assemblies and slides on the supporting assembly along with the sliding assemblies. According to the device, by means of cooperation of the supporting assembly and the sliding assemblies, operation in two dimensions is achieved, inclined transformation can be achieved on the radial face, sliding movement in an inclined state is achieved in the radial direction, and therefore the upper formwork can be driven by the sliding assemblies to move to a preset position for splicing.
