The invention discloses a rock wall crane beam concrete temperature control method, device and system. External water is injected into a heating water tank through a make-up water pipe, is heated to be injected into a constant temperature water tank, flows into the end of rock wall crane beam concrete through a pipeline pump and a water inlet pipe, and is connected with a water spraying pipe to bepaved to the concrete surface; cofferdams are built on a rock wall crane beam; a drain hole is reserved in the other end of water inlet pipe to be connected with a water return pipe; water returns into the heating water tank to form a temperature control maintaining water circulating system; and a layer of plastic film and a quilt cover the upper part of a concrete cabin surface to form a thermalinsulating layer. The concrete surface temperature is adjusted through adjusting the water temperature to enable the internal and external temperature difference of concrete to be less than 20 DEG C,so that the internal and external temperature difference of concrete carries out thermal insulation and heat storage on the external part of concrete and sealing on an organic thermal transmission medium to ensure constant and uniform radiation of hydration heat so as to reduce cracks in concrete caused by excessively large temperature difference; and generation of surface desiccation cracks is reduced through isolation moisture retention and water curing duration prolonging at the external part.
