The invention provides an isolation protection device comprising multiple isolation protection single bodies. Each isolation protection single body comprises a first structural component, multiple second structural components and a third structural component. One part of each first structural component is detachably connected with a structure floor slab on the periphery of a high-rise, and the other part of each first structural component stretches out of the structure floor slab to be used as an outer carrying structure. The second structural components are arranged on the outer carrying structures of the first structural components at intervals. Each third structural component is a plastic steel wire mesh. The first structural components, the second structural components and the third structural components are all modularized structural components. The isolation protection device is a modularized structural component, overall installation can be completed by connecting joints, embedded parts and the first structural components are installed on the structure floor slab, construction does not need to be conducted at the suspended carrying positions on the outer side of the structure floor slab, and personal safety of workers is ensured. The isolation protection manner of soft and hard isolated combination is adopted for the isolation protection device, and a good protection effect is achieved for large and sharp falling objects or people falling.
