The shear wall large-area rear opening reinforcing structure comprises a plurality of first carbon fiber cloths anda plurality of second carbon fiber cloths, wherein the first carbon fiber cloths and the second carbon fiber cloths are bonded with the internal side wall of an opening; fixing plates are arranged onthe two sides, in the thickness direction of the opening, of each internal side wall of the opening; a torsion spring is arranged at theside, close to the opening, of each fixing plate; a stabilizingplate is connected to each fixing plate through the torsion spring; the fixing plates are in contact with the second carbon fiber cloths on the external wall of a shear wall; and the stabilizing plates are in contact with the first carbon fiber cloths and the second carbon fiber cloths on the internal side wall of the opening. The shear wall large-area rear opening reinforcing structure has the effects that the bonding stability of the carbon fiber cloths and the surface of concrete is guaranteed so that the stability at the opening is guaranteed.
