The invention relates to an insulating component and a manufacturing method thereof. The insulating component comprises an insulating core rod, wherein a plurality of insulating pressing blocks are sequentially arranged on the insulating core rod in a sleeving manner; inner holes of the insulating pressing blocks are matched with the periphery of the insulating core rod; a pressing block first stopping structure is fixed at one end of each insulating pressing block on the insulating core rod; a pressing block second stopping structure is fixed at the other end of each insulating pressing blockon the insulating core rod; and the adjacent side surfaces of the two adjacent insulating pressing blocks are propped against each other. The insulating component solves the technical problem that the core rod is easily pressed and bent in the prior art.
本发明涉及一种绝缘构件及其制作方法，绝缘构件包括绝缘芯棒，绝缘芯棒上顺次套设有多个绝缘压块，绝缘压块的内孔与绝缘芯棒的外周适配，绝缘芯棒上于绝缘压块的一端固定有压块第一挡止结构，绝缘芯棒上于绝缘压块的另外一端固定有压块第二挡止结构，相邻两个绝缘压块的相邻侧面顶抵在一起。本发明解决了现有技术中芯棒容易受压折弯的技术问题。
