The limiting hood hinge is characterized in that the limiting pin is fixed to the baffle to form a baffle assembly, one end of the hinge is fixed to the pin bush to form a hinge assembly, the pin shaft II isfixed to the upper bottom plate, the baffle is disposed on the pin shaft II slidingly, and the hinge assembly is slidingly disposed between the upper bottom plate and the lower bottom plate through the pin shaft I. By means of the structure, the opening or closing angle of a hood can be effectively limited, damage caused by the excessive opening or closing angle of the hinge is avoided, the service life of the hinge is prolonged, and therefore the product quality and reliability of an excavator are further improved.
