Magnetic type door stopper with buffering function
The invention discloses a magnetic type door stopper with a buffering function. The magnetic type door stopper comprises a door frame and a door leaf arranged in the door frame, and two T-type rods are fixed to one side of the door leaf; two fixing sleeves are fixedly connected at the position, corresponding to the the T-type rods, of the inner wall of one side of the door frame, and the two fixing sleeves are movably arranged at the upper and lower ends of the T-type rods in a sleeving mode separately; and a speed sensor is embedded at the position, corresponding to the T-type rods, of the inner wall of one side of the door frame, and the front and back sides of the door leaf are fixedly connected with door handles. The magnetic type door stopper has the advantages that when the speed ofthe door leaf reaches the speed upper limit, a magnetic control switch, a digital potentiometer and a circuit where an electromagnet is located are switched on; according to the Ohm's law, the resistance of the digital potentiometer is increased gradually, and magnetic repulsion force between the electromagnet and a permanent magnet is decreased gradually; the speed of the door leaf is gradually decreased to zero, and the electromagnet can be powered off automatically, so that the door stop effect is achieved under the magnetic attraction force between the permanent magnet and an iron core; and the situation that a door body and a wall collide rigidly due to influence of high wind and consequently the door body and the wall are damaged is avoided.
本发明公开了一种具有缓冲功能的磁吸式门吸,包括门框和置于门框内的门扇,所述门扇的一侧固定有两个T型杆,所述门框的一侧内壁且在T型杆的对应位置固定连接有两个固定套,且两个固定套分别活动套设在T型杆的上下端,所述门框的一侧内壁且在T型杆的对应位置嵌设有转速传感器,所述门扇正背两面均固定连接有门把。优点在于:在门扇转速达到转速上限时,会接通磁控开关、数字电位器、电磁铁所在电路,根据欧姆定律,数字电位器的阻值逐渐增大,电磁铁对永磁铁产生的磁斥力逐渐缩小,门扇转速逐渐缩小直至为零,电磁铁自动断电,使永磁铁与铁芯产生的磁吸力下形成门吸效果,避免受大风影响而刚性碰撞,门体与墙体发生损坏的情况。
