The invention discloses a noise isolation ventilating window for an office building. The noise isolation ventilating window comprises a window body. The side wall of the window body is provided with aplurality of vents and revolving grooves. The revolving grooves communicate with the vents. Glass columns are rotatably connected inside the revolving grooves in a sealed mode. Air holes are formed in the side walls of the glass columns. The glass columns are installed in the revolving grooves through spring shafts. The inner walls of the glass columns are fixedly connected with strip plates. Thestrip plates are made of silicon steel sheets. Electromagnets are embedded in the upper and lower ends of the window body. Different magnetic poles of the two electromagnets are opposite to each other. Vibrating plates are resonated when a car whistle is sounded outside the window, and generate an induced current to supply power to the electromagnets through a power amplifier, so as to generate an induced magnetic field between the upper and lower ends of the window body and make the strip plates distributed vertically along magnetic field lines. The glass columns can be driven to rotate andblock the vents, the air inside and outside the window is blocked, and the noise outside the window can be effectively prevented from entering a room.
