The invention discloses a modified hair fiber cement reinforcing agent. A preparation method comprises the following steps: I, dispersing cut hair fibers into ethanol to form a dispersion liquid, thenadding gamma-glycidyl ether oxypropyl trimethoxy silane into the dispersion liquid, carrying out a stirring reaction at room temperature for 3-5 hours, then filtering, washing with ethanol for 3-5 times, and drying in a vacuum drying oven at 70-80 DEG C for 10-12 hours to obtain epoxy group modified hair fibers; II, dispersing the epoxy group modified hair fibers prepared in the step I into an organic solvent to form a dispersion solution; adding chitosan and a catalyst into the dispersion solution, carrying out stirring reaction for 4-6 hours at 70-80 DEG C, then carrying out suction filtration, washing a product with dichloromethane for 3-5 times, and then putting the product into a vacuum drying oven to be dried for 10-12 hours at 70-80 DEG C, so as to obtain the modified hair fiber cement reinforcing agent. The modified hair fiber cement reinforcing agent is stable in performance, strong in binding power and cement strength, and better in hydration efficiency, grinding aid effect,workability and other comprehensive properties than traditional cement.
本发明公开了一种改性毛发纤维的水泥增强剂,其制备方法包括如下步骤:Ⅰ将剪碎的毛发纤维分散于乙醇中形成分散液,然后向其中加入γ‑缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷,在室温下搅拌反应3‑5小时,后过滤,并用乙醇洗3‑5次,再置于真空干燥箱70‑80℃下烘10‑12小时,得到环氧基修饰的毛发纤维;Ⅱ将经过步骤Ⅰ制备得到的环氧基修饰的毛发纤维分散于有机溶剂中形成分散液,再向其中加入壳聚糖和催化剂,在70‑80℃下搅拌反应4‑6小时,后抽滤,并用二氯甲烷洗涤产物3‑5次,后置于真空干燥箱70‑80℃下烘10‑12小时,得到改性毛发纤维的水泥增强。由本发明的改性毛发纤维的水泥增强制成的水泥性能稳定,粘结力和水泥强度强,水化效率、助磨效果及和易性等综合性能较传统水泥更佳。
