The invention provides an anti-seepage plugging material and application thereof in water conservancy projects. The anti-seepage plugging material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15 to 30 percent of cement, 15 to 35 percent of fly ash, 5 to 15 percent of gypsum, 3 to 8 percent of quartz sand, 8 to 15 percent of granulated blast furnace slag powder and 40 to 65percent of water. The invention provides the anti-seepage plugging material and application thereof in water conservancy projects. Gypsum, resin and an expanding agent are dissolved in water; discharging the water source in which the gypsum is dissolved into a stirring and mixing machine; by adding the resin, the permeability and wettability of the anti-seepage plugging material are effectively improved, the anti-seepage plugging material can be rapidly cured in a humid environment, a slurry of cement mortar is prevented from being diluted by water flow, the tensile strength of the anti-seepage plugging material is improved, and then the acting force of water gushing with large flow and high flow speed can be resisted.
本发明提供一种防渗堵漏材料及在水利工程中的应用。所述防渗堵漏材料,包括如下原料:水泥、粉煤灰、石膏、石英砂、粒化高炉矿渣粉、水,按重量百分比计为:水泥15‑30%、粉煤灰15‑35%、石膏5‑15%,石英砂3‑8%、粒化高炉矿渣粉8‑15%,水40‑65%。本发明提供的防渗堵漏材料及在水利工程中的应用,通过石膏、树脂和膨胀剂与水的溶解,并且将溶解石膏后的水源排入到搅拌混合的混合机中,通过树脂的添加,有效的提高了防渗堵漏材料的渗透性和润湿性,而且在潮湿环境下也能迅速进行固化,避免水泥砂浆的浆液被水流稀释,而且提高了防渗堵漏材料的抗拉强度增强,进而可以抵抗流量大且流速高的涌水的作用力。
