The invention discloses biological calcium phosphate ceramic slurry for bone repair and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic slurry is high in solid content, low in viscosity and high in dispersity; the problem of non-uniform dispersion of the ceramic slurry caused by secondary agglomeration in the prior art is solved. The biological calcium phosphate ceramic slurry is composed of, by weight,56 to 88% of calcium phosphate, 2 to 4% of a hydrophilic surfactant, 8 to 35% of an active diluent, 0 to 8% of an oligomer, 0.2 to 4% of a dispersant, 0.1 to 4% of a photoinitiator, 0.1 to 2% of a leveling auxiliary agent, 0.1 to 2% of an antifoaming auxiliary agent, and 0.04 to 0.4% of an antioxidant.
