A locking plate is arranged between the outer end of a square tube track and a connecting bolt; the position of the connecting bolt at one end isadjusted by an adjusting waist-shaped hole; a locking bolt is butted with the end of the connecting bolt to lock and limit the connecting bolt; rail section joints at two ends are driven to be limitedand clamped, so that a rail is kept in a tensioned state; a gap for clamping the driving wheel due to loosening of the connecting bolt is prevented; a mechanical lever combined pull rod structure isadopted, an adjusting bolt is arranged to enable the tensioning stroke to be adjustable, a U-shaped claw hook is arranged so that an operating arm is capable of in-place self-locking, and the operating arm acts on the connector ends of the two rail sections, needing to be in butt joint, of the rail to achieve butt joint clamping of the connector ends. A butt-joint installation method based on thebutt-joint tensioning device and the track structure is arranged, so that the labor intensity and the working efficiency of outdoor installation of the monorail transporter track are reduced.
