The invention discloses a composite beam for quickly installing a medium-small-span beam bridge superstructure and a construction method. The structure comprises a hot-rolled H-shaped steel beam set,a bridge deck slab and finish-rolled deformed steel bars. The hot-rolled H-shaped steel beam set is provided with a plurality of hot-rolled H-shaped steel beams, the hot-rolled H-shaped steel beams are transversely erected between two supporting structures, and support seats are arranged between the hot-rolled H-shaped steel beams and the supporting structures; a bridge deck is formed after the bridge deck slab is flatly laid on the upper end surfaces of the hot-rolled H-shaped steel beam sets, and the bridge deck slab is installed on the hot-rolled H-shaped steel beams through fixing pieces;after the finish-rolled deformed steel bars penetrate through preformed holes of the bridge deck slabs, the multiple bridge deck slabs are spliced, and a cross beam does not need to be additionally arranged to meet a requirement for stress integrity; the cross beam is canceled, and the transverse transmission of a load is realized through a transverse continuous bridge deck slab; and the finish-rolled deformed steel bars are used for exerting prestress on the bridge deck slab to distribute and transmit the load, and on-site steel structure welding or concrete pouring is avoided under the condition that the stress integrity is guaranteed.
本发明公开了快速安装中小跨径梁桥上部结构的组合梁及施工方法,包括热轧H型钢梁组、桥面板和精轧螺纹钢钢筋,所述热轧H型钢梁组具有多根热轧H型钢梁,热轧H型钢横架在两个支撑结构之间,热轧H型钢和支撑结构之间设有支座;所述桥面板平铺在热轧H型钢梁组的上端面后形成桥面,桥面板通过固定件安装在热轧H型钢梁;所述精轧螺纹钢钢筋穿过桥面板的预留孔后,将多个桥面板拼接,也不必加横梁以满足受力整体性的要求;取消了横梁,通过横向连续的桥面板实现荷载的横向传递;利用精轧螺纹钢钢筋对桥面板施加预应力,来分配传递荷载,在保证受力整体性的情况下,避免现场钢结构焊接或混凝土浇筑。
