Expansion joint levelness adjusting device and method
The invention discloses an expansion joint levelness adjusting device and method, and belongs to the technical field of expansion joint construction in road and bridge engineering. The device comprises a hoisting mechanism and two leveling mechanisms, an expansion joint is arranged inside the hoisting mechanism, and two ends of a chain block of the hoisting mechanism are respectively connected with a balance plate of the hoisting mechanism and support frames in the leveling mechanisms so as to drive the expansion joint to move in the vertical direction. The two leveling mechanisms are connected with the two ends of the hoisting mechanism respectively, each leveling mechanism comprises two leveling assemblies which are arranged in the two sides of the hoisting mechanism, the leveling assemblies can adjust the height of the supporting frame, and therefore the two ends of the expansion joint are driven by the chain block to move to different heights, and the levelness in the length direction is adjusted. By using the device provided by the invention, one chain block can be selected, so that the balance plate is kept horizontal in the width direction during hoisting; and two chain blocks can also be adopted to respectively adjust so as to adjust the levelness of the balance plate in the width direction.
本发明的一种伸缩缝水平度调整装置及方法,属于道路桥梁工程中伸缩缝施工技术领域,包括吊装机构和调平机构,所述的吊装机构将伸缩缝置于内部,其手拉葫芦两端分别与吊装机构的平衡板和调平机构中的支撑架连接,从而带动伸缩缝在竖直方向上移动;所述的调平机构设有两组,分别与吊装机构的两端连接,且该调平机构包括两个调平组件,置于吊装机构两侧,调平组件可对支撑架的高度进行调整,从而通过手拉葫芦带动伸缩缝的两端移动至不同高度处,对长度方向上的水平度进行调节。使用本发明的装置,可选择采用一个手拉葫芦,实现吊装时平衡板在宽度方向上保持水平;也可采用两个手拉葫芦,分别调节以实现平衡板在宽度方向上的水平度可调。
