The invention discloses a high vacuum compaction soft foundation treatment method. The method comprises the steps that step one, a vacuum tube is inserted into a soil body in a construction area, theupper end of the vacuum tube is connected to vacuumizing equipment through a hose, and the vacuumizing equipment is started to vacuumize to generate negative pressure on the soil body; and step two, tamping equipment is used for tamping the soil body with suitable energy in the construction area to generate positive pressure on pore water of the soil body, so that water drainage of the soil body is accelerated, wherein the vacuum tube is provided with drainage holes in the entire thickness range of soft soil to be treated, and filter cloth covers the length range of the drainage holes. Due tothe fact that the drainage holes are formed in the entire depth area of the treated soil body, of the used vacuum tube, the effective distance of pressure difference drainage is the shortest, under the simultaneous action of vacuumizing and tamping, the drainage effect is better, the common quality problem that ''spring soil'' is liable to form in an original construction method is overcome, construction costs and the construction period are significantly reduced, and the construction quality is reliable.
