Construction method of biting pile
The invention discloses a construction method of a biting pile. The method comprises the following steps that a pile position is determined, and a pile machine is erected; the pile machine is started,an inner hammer impacts and squeezes soil, an outer pipe protects wall, the inner hammer and the outer pipe alternately sinking to a designed elevation to form a pile hole; an outer pipe is fixed, the inner hammer is pulled out, a reinforcement cage is placed in the outer pipe, and concrete is poured to form a pile; and the pile machine is moved above an adjacent pile, and when the last pile position is initially condensed, the steps of the last pile position are repeated to form the biting pile. Compared with the prior art, according to the construction method of the biting pile, a non-soiltaking process is utilized to form the biting pile, so that the environmental pollution is avoided; meanwhile, the non-underwater concrete is poured, the pile forming quality is ensured, row piles areall B piles (reinforced concrete), and the bending resistance and the horizontal resistance are strong; and the process of reserving and cutting a biting groove is omitted, the inner hammer impacts into the crescent biting groove when the concrete is initially condensed, the outer pipe follows to protect the wall, then the concrete is poured, and the quality is guaranteed.
一种咬合桩的施工方法,包括以下步骤:确定桩位,架设桩机;启动桩机,内锤冲击挤土、外管护壁,内锤和外管交替下沉至设计标高形成桩孔;固定外管,拔出内锤,向外管内放置钢筋笼并且浇筑混凝土,使其成桩;将桩机移至邻桩上方,在上一个桩位初凝时,重复上一个桩位的步骤,形成相互咬合的咬合桩。与现有技术相比,本发明的一种咬合桩的施工方法,利用非取土工序形成咬合桩,避免环境污染;同时非水下砼浇灌,保证成桩质量,并且排桩全部B桩(钢筋砼),抗弯、抗水平力强;免除预留、切割咬合槽工艺,利用砼初凝时内锤冲击成月牙咬合槽,外管跟进护壁,随即浇灌砼,一气呵成,保证质量。
