According to the discharging device, the water discharging effect can be achieved only through the rainwater collecting thin pipe in light rain, the rainwater collecting thin pipe runs in a full-load mode in heavy rain, at the moment, redundant rainwater can overflow into the rainwater collecting thick pipe through the flow-dividing pipeline, and the effect of discharging a large amount of rainwater is achieved.
