The invention provides a connecting device for a concrete outer wall and a steel structure building. The connecting device comprises a wall body, wherein a connecting frame is mounted on one side of the wall body, a fixing groove is formed in the wall body close to the interior of the connecting frame, and a mounting rod groove penetrate through the two sides of the wall body close to the fixing groove, wherein a mounting rod is fixed to the side, close to the mounting rod groove, of the connecting frame, the end, away from the connecting frame, of the mounting rod penetrates through the mounting rod groove and enters the fixing groove, and a grouting opening penetrates through the connecting frame and the mounting rod. According to the connecting device for the concrete outer wall and thesteel structure building, after the connecting frame drives the mounting rod to penetrate through the interior of the mounting rod groove to enter the interior of the fixing groove, concrete grout isinjected into the fixing groove through the grouting opening, after the concrete grout is solidified, the mounting rod and the concrete grout are coagulated into a whole to form a T-shaped block, themounting rod is prevented from moving out of the fixing groove, and the connecting frame is fixedly connected with the wall body conveniently.
