The invention discloses a shock absorption pad in the wooden floor structure of a gymnasium. The shock absorption pad comprises a shock absorption pad body, wherein crescent shock absorption bodies are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the shock absorption pad body; and the shock absorption pad body and the crescent shock absorption bodies are all formed by integrating base layers, buffering layers and protective layers. The two crescent shock absorption bodies are added on the two sides of the shock absorption pad body, so that the contact area is more than doubled. The shock absorption pad is applied in the wooden floor structure of the gymnasium and enables the wooden floor structure to be relatively stable and firm; and the shock absorption effect is enhanced through the combination of materials and the process.
