Each truss steel bar comprises an arc-shaped upper chord and arc-shaped lower chords which protrude upwards, wherein the upper chord and the two lower chords are arranged in parallel. A plurality of counter-force beams are arranged above the truss steel bars, and pressure beams in one-to-one correspondence with the truss steel bars are arranged on the counter-force beams. The pressure beams and the truss steel bars are arranged in parallel, and pull rods are arranged at the two ends of each counter-force beam.Turnbuckles and stress meters are arranged between the adjacent pull rods located at the same ends of the counter-force beams, and the bottom ends of the pull rods are connected with the die table. The invention further discloses a production method for the prestressed truss steel bar laminated slab. By the adoption of the prestressed truss steel bar laminated slab and the production method thereof, the mechanical property of the truss steel bars is fully exerted, the problems of arching and deflection of an existing truss steel bar laminated slab can be solved, and the bending resistance ofthe laminated slab is improved.
