Concrete outer wall hole plugging method
The invention belongs to the technical field of building construction. In allusion to the problems of high safety hazards, long consumed working hour and high cost of a traditional outer wall hole plugging method, a concrete outer wall hole plugging method is provided: clearing garbage in a hole and surrounding residual masonry mortar, and watering to soak the hole and the surrounding range for atleast 100mm; making a plugging mould go deep into the hole which needs to be plugged; cutting off a tie-down band, and making four supporting rods of the plugging mould firmly abut against the hole wall of the hole; pouring concrete, fully tamping fine sand concrete higher than wall concrete by one mark; coating one side of a plugging plate with a release agent, inserting a center rod of the plugging mould into the plugging plate, and fixing the periphery of the plugging plate onto a cavity with bolts; after the concrete is formed, removing the plugging plate from a wall, retaining the plugging mould in the wall. According to the method, a formwork does not need to be erected at the outside of the structure; construction is simple and the plugging effect is good.
本发明属于建筑施工技术领域。针对传统的外墙洞口封堵方法存在的安全隐患大，耗费工时长，花费的成本的上述问题，提供一种混凝土外墙洞口堵封方法：清理孔洞内的垃圾及周边残留的砌筑砂浆，浇水浸湿孔洞及周边范围至少100mm；将堵封模具深入需要堵封的洞口内；将束缚带剪断，堵封模具的四个支撑杆牢固地抵在孔洞的洞壁上；浇注混凝土，将高于墙体混凝土等级一个标号的细砂混凝土充分查捣密实；将堵封板的一面涂刷脱模剂，并插入堵封模具的中心杆上，四周用螺栓固定在腔体上；混凝土成型后，将堵封板从墙体上拆除，堵封模具保留在墙体中。该方法，不需要在结构外侧支设模板，施工简便，封堵效果好。
