Printing system capable of cooling 3D architectural print head and cooling method thereof
The invention provides a printing system capable of cooling a 3D architectural print head and a cooling method thereof. The printing system comprises a stock bin, the print head installed on the stockbin, a spiral stirring shaft and a liquid return pipe, wherein the spiral stirring shaft is rotatably installed in the stock bin and the print head, the inner part of the spiral stirring shaft is hollow to form a containing cavity for holding cooling liquid, a first end of the spiral stirring shaft is a closed end, a second end is an open end, and a through hole for the open end of the spiral stirring shaft to penetrate is formed in the side, away from the print head, of the stock bin; a first end of the liquid return pipe extends into the containing cavity, a second end is connected with a coolant pump, and a forced heat dissipation module is arranged on the liquid return pipe. According to the printing system, the cooling liquid in the containing cavity is pumped out through the coolantpump and is cooled through the forced heat dissipation module, then the cooled cooling liquid is pumped to the containing cavity through the coolant pump, and heat generated by friction between the spiral stirring shaft and a printing material is taken away circularly and continuously.
本发明提供了一种冷却3D建筑打印头的打印系统及其冷却方法,打印系统包括:料仓及安装于料仓上的打印头;螺旋搅拌轴,可转动地安装于所述料仓及所述打印头内,所述螺旋搅拌轴的内部中空以形成供冷却液盛放的容置空腔,所述螺旋搅拌轴的第一端为封闭端、第二端为开口端,所述料仓远离所述打印头的一侧开设有供所述螺旋搅拌轴的开口端贯穿的穿孔;回液管,第一端伸入所述容置空腔内,第二端与冷却液泵连接,回液管上设置有强制散热模块;本发明通过冷却液泵将容置腔室内的冷却液抽出并经强制散热模块对冷却液进行降温,再通过冷却液泵将冷却后的冷却液泵送至容置腔室内,如此循环,持续地带走螺旋搅拌轴与打印材料摩擦所产生的热量。
