Self-calibration grid frame suitable for uneven terrain and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the field of steel structure construction, in particular to a self-calibration grid frame suitable for an uneven terrain and a construction method thereof. The self-calibration grid frame is characterized in that the self-calibration grid frame comprises vertical columns (1), a rectangular cross beam (2), bearing buckles (3), a supporting plate (4) and a plumb (5); whereinthe vertical columns (1) are vertically arranged at four corners of the bottom of the rectangular cross beam (2), the bearing buckles (3) are arranged on the vertical columns (1) in a sleeving mode,and the bearing buckles (3) are used for supporting the rectangular cross beam (2); the supporting plate (4) is paved on the rectangular cross beam (2); and the plumb (5) is hung at the bottom centerof the supporting plate (4). According to the self-calibration grid frame, all parts are formed in a factory, and are assembled according to the site terrain conditions; and wherein a circular hole isformed in the supporting plate to fix the position of a grid frame sphere, the plumb is designed at the hole center and used for aligning with the projection position of the center ground of the gridsphere, and the supporting plate can be adjusted to tightly eject the nut position to make the plumb align with the ground projection position of the sphere.
