The construction method comprises the steps that a decorative layer at the bottom of the frame beam is ground off; rust of the corroded steel bars at the bottom of the frame beam is removed; the surface of the bottom of the frame beam and the surfaces of the steel bars are cleaned up; the surfaces of the steel bars are coated with antirust layers; the bottom of the frame beam is coated with a first layerof carbon fiber reinforcing glue, then carbon fiber cloth is pasted on the first layer of carbon fiber reinforcing glue, the carbon fiber cloth is coated with a second layer of carbon fiber reinforcing glue, and then medium sand is evenly scattered on the second layer of carbon fiber reinforcing glue; after the second layer of carbon fiber reinforcing glue is solidified, the surface of the mediumsand is coated with a layer of cement mortar, and then an alkali-resisting fiber mesh is pressed in; and construction of the decorative layer on the ground of the frame beam is completed. According to the construction method, air is prevented from making direct contact with the steel bars, the steel bars are prevented from being corroded, the service life of the steel bars is prolonged, and the structural safety of a steel box beam is improved.
