The reinforcing method comprises the following steps that S1, a main groove channel is dug in a concrete protective layer of a joint core area, wherein the joint core area is a beam and a column intersecting area; S2, holes are drilled in peripheral beams; S3, UHPC prefabricated plates are installed on the peripheral beams, extending groove channels formed in the UHPC prefabricated plates in advance cooperate with themain groove channel to form a groove channel, and through holes formed in the UHPC prefabricated plates in advance correspond to and cooperate with the holes to form a hole channel; S4, fiber composite battens are installed in the groove channel; and S5, anchor parts are installed, implanted limbs of the anchor parts are inserted into the hole channel, and lap joint limbs of the anchor parts areinstalled in the groove channel. According to the reinforcing method and the reinforcing structure, the problem that a concrete frame joint anti-seismic reinforcing method and structure in the prior art are not high in practicability when used under the situation that external facade uneven joint beams and columns are not equal in width is solved.
