The invention discloses a constant-pressure water supply system. The constant-pressure water supply system comprises a water pump, a pressure transmitter, a frequency converter and a PLC; the pressuretransmitter is disposed at an outlet of the water pump and is connected with the PLC; the frequency converter comprises a pre-set communication interface and a PID regulator; the PID regulator is connected with a motor of the water pump and is connected with the PLC through the pre-set communication interface; the pressure transmitter is used for collecting water pressure signals at the outlet ofthe water pump and sending the water pressure signals to the PLC; the PLC is used for sending the water pressure signals to the frequency converter through the pre-set communication interface; and the PID regulator of the frequency converter is used for performing PID operation according to the water pressure signals and controlling the motor of the water pump to run according to an operation result. The frequency converter possesses a PID regulating function, PID operation can be performed according to the water pressure signals which are sent by the PLC through the pre-set communication interface, thus a PID configuration loop of the PLC does not need to be occupied, and the constant pressure response is faster; and meanwhile an input-output module does not need to be added to the PLC,and thus the hardware invested cost is reduced.
