Recycled aggregate prepared from waste concrete and preparation method
The invention provides a recycled aggregate prepared from waste concrete. The recycled aggregate is prepared from the following components by weight: 450-500 parts of 5mm-15mm concrete aggregate, 250-350 parts of 15mm-30mm concrete aggregate, 190-278 parts of a TRC material, 225-325 parts of an admixture, 90-150 parts of an additive and 120-160 parts of water. In the process of manufacturing the recycled aggregate from the waste concrete, crushed aggregate is subjected to screening, sand removal and cleaning treatment; the surface of the aggregate is cleaned, therefore, the tightness and the strength among all the components are ensured in the manufacturing process of a building body, a plurality of groups of admixtures and additives are doped in the reprocessing process of the recycled aggregate, so that the overall strength of the finished product can be effectively improved, the hardness of the recycled aggregate finished product building block can be improved through the built-in TRC material, and the adopted materials are all waste gas materials, so that the aims of energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental protection are fulfilled.
本发明提供了一种利用废弃混凝土制作的再生骨料,包含以下各成分的重量份的组成:5mm‑15mm混凝土骨料450份‑500份、15mm‑30mm混凝土骨料250份‑350份、TRC材料190份‑278份、掺和料225份‑325份、添加剂90份‑150份和水120份‑160份,在对废弃混凝土进行制作再生骨科的过程中,对破碎出的骨料进行筛选、除砂和清洗处理,使得骨料表面得以清洁处理,从而在建筑体在制作的过程中保证各组成成分之间的紧密性和强度,在再生骨料的再加工过程中掺入多组掺和料和添加剂,可以有效的提高制成品的整体强度,并通过内置的TRC材料可以提高再生骨料成品砌块的坚硬程度,并且所采用的材料均为废气材料,这样实现了节能减排和绿色环保的目标。
