The invention discloses a nano-modified carbon fiber reinforced and toughened high-performance cement-based composite material and a preparation method thereof. The composite material is prepared fromcement, water, a water reducing agent and modified carbon fibers, the water cement ratio is 0.25-0.35, the volume mixing amount of the modified carbon fibers is 0.4%-0.6% of the volume mixing amountof the composite material, and the mixing amount of the water reducing agent is 0.8%-1.2% of the mass of the cement. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a nano SiO2 solution by adopting a sol-gel method; the SiO2 modification solution is prepared to perform surface grafting modification treatment on the surface of the carbon fiber to control the surface appearance of the carbon fiber so that the interface bonding strength of a fiber-cement matrix is improved, and the modified carbon fiber reinforced and toughened cement-based composite material with high strength and high ductility is obtained. The carbon fiber cement-based composite material has high ductility, and the interface bonding strength of a fiber-cement matrix can be improved.
本发明公开了一种纳米改性碳纤维增强增韧高性能水泥基复合材料及其制备方法,所述复合材料由水泥、水、减水剂、改性碳纤维制成,其中:水灰比为0.25~0.35,改性碳纤维的体积掺量为复合材料的0.4%~0.6%,减水剂掺量为水泥质量的0.8%~1.2%。本发明采用溶胶凝胶法制备纳米SiO2溶液,并通过制备SiO2改性溶液对碳纤维表面进行表面接枝改性处理来控制其表面形貌,从而改善纤维—水泥基体的界面粘结强度,得到一种同时具有高强度和高延性的改性碳纤维增强增韧水泥基复合材料。本发明的碳纤维水泥基复合材料具有高延性,能够改善纤维‑水泥基体的界面粘结强度。
