The high-volume fly ash grouting raw material comprises cement, fly ash and water, and the proportioningmethod comprises the following steps: S1, preliminary test; S2, carrying out an optimized proportioning test; S3, drawing a curve graph, determining a solidification effect change rule of the slurry according to the slurry bleeding rate and the slurry density increase amplitude, and summarizing the change rule; and S4, selecting a corresponding proportion in combination with the grouting requirement according to the change rule determined in the step S3. According to the method, the change rules of the consolidation effect, the coagulation time and the compressive strength are obtained throughthe free drainage test of the slurries with different proportions of the high-volume fly ash cement material so that the corresponding proportions can be selected according to the strength requirement of the grouting reinforced top plate and the coagulation time requirement of the slurries, and the method has important significance for ensuring the engineering quality and reducing the engineeringcost.
