The invention discloses roller compacted concrete with low adiabatic temperature rise, good durability and a large mixing amount of activated phosphorus slag powder. The roller compacted concrete comprises the following components in parts by mass: 80 parts of cement; 20 to 120 parts of fly ash; 20 to 100 parts of activated phosphorus slag powder; 100 parts of water; 740 parts of machine-made sand; 1430 parts of broken stone; 2 parts of a water reducing agent; 0.15 part of an air entraining agent; and 12 parts of magnesium oxide. The activated phosphorus slag powder is prepared by uniformly mixing an activating agent and phosphorus slag powder in a ratio of 0.5: 1 and grinding for 1 hour by a ball mill, wherein the activating agent comprises the following components: carbide slag, aluminumsulfate slag, red mud, gypsum, anhydrous calcium sulphoaluminate minerals and cellulose ether. Along with the doping of the phosphorus slag powder, the compactness of the concrete is improved, the durability of the concrete is improved, the mixing amount of the phosphorus slag is large, meanwhile, the actual engineering production and construction requirements are met, the durability of the roller compacted concrete is good, and the 28d adiabatic temperature rise value of the phosphorus slag powder is much lower than that of single-doped fly ash.
