The invention discloses a preparation method of dot crystal black pottery, comprising the following steps of: selecting high-quality yellow clay to prepare a green body, and selecting high-quality plant corn straw as a smoking material; selecting copper oxide yellow, copper oxide violet, copper oxide red, iron oxide and aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, germanite and cinnabar, respectively adding yellow clay and uniformly stirring; adding water to prepare slurry; dispensing patterns according to colors required by different patterns carved on a ceramic body, firing in a kiln, smoking by using plant corn straws, polishing a blank taken out of the kiln by using soft gauze until the metallic luster of the patterns is exposed, dispensing the blank patterns by using liquid prepared from thermochromic powder and styrene-acrylic emulsion, and drying in a drying chamber for 8 hours to obtain a finished product. Due to the fact that treatment is conducted again according to artistic design requirements, the metal balls can change color according to temperature changes, and more artistic infectivity of works is improved. The dot crystal black pottery product prepared by the method disclosed by the invention is more excellent in quality and more suitable for appreciation and collection.
本发明公开了一种点晶黑陶的制备方法，选取优质黄粘土制作成坯体形体，选取优质的植物玉米秸秆作为熏制材料；选取氧化铜黄，氧化铜紫，氧化铜红，氧化铁，氧化铝，氧化锆，锗石，硃砂，分别加黄粘土拌匀，再加水调成浆液，将调好的浆液，根据陶体所刻的不同图案所需颜色点入图案内，然后放入窑内烧制，用植物玉米秸秆进行熏制，出窑的胚体用软纱布打磨直至露出图案的金属光泽，再用感温变色粉和苯丙乳液制得的液体点涂胚体图案，在干燥室内干燥8小时后为成品。由于根据艺术设计需要再进行一次处理，使金属团能够根据温度变化而变色，增加作品的更多艺术感染力。应用本发明方法可制得点晶黑陶制品，品质更精良，更适宜观赏与收藏。
