The invention relates to a mullite corundum zirconia refractory slab and a preparation method thereof. The technical scheme comprises the steps: mixing kyanite tailings and aluminum oxide fine powderaccording to the mass ratio of Al2O3 to SiO2 being (2.6-2.8): 1, and obtaining a mixture; and adding 3-5wt% of metal aluminum powder and 4-6wt% of zirconium oxychloride aqueous solution into the mixture, mixing, mechanically pressing, molding, drying, keeping the temperature at 1450-1500 DEG C for 4-6 hours, naturally cooling, and crushing to obtain the mullite aggregate; using 40 to 60 weight percent of mullite aggregate, 35 to 50 weight percent of tabular corundum fine powder and 5 to 15 weight percent of aluminum oxide micro powder as raw materials; adding 2-4wt% of monatomic silicon powderand 6-8wt% of polyvinyl alcohol solution into the raw materials, uniformly mixing, carrying out mechanical pressing, drying, carrying out heat preservation at 1500-1600 DEG C for 8-10 hours, and naturally cooling to obtain the mullite corundum zirconia refractory slab. The production cost is low, large-scale production is facilitated, and the prepared product is high in strength, good in high-temperature performance and wide in using temperature range.
本发明涉及一种莫来石刚玉氧化锆棚板及其制备方法。其技术方案是:以Al2O3∶SiO2的质量比为(2.6~2.8)∶1,将蓝晶石尾矿和氧化铝细粉混合,得混合料;再外加所述混合料3~5wt%的金属铝粉和4~6wt%的氧氯化锆水溶液,混合,机压成型,干燥,在1450~1500℃条件下保温4~6h,自然冷却,破碎,即得莫来石骨料。以40~60wt%的所述莫来石骨料、35~50wt%的板状刚玉细粉和5~15wt%的氧化铝微粉为原料,外加所述原料2~4wt%的单质硅粉和6~8wt%的聚乙烯醇溶液,混合均匀,机压成型,干燥,在1500~1600℃条件下保温8~10h,自然冷却,制得莫来石刚玉氧化锆棚板。本发明生产成本低和便于规模化生产,所制制品强度高、高温性能好和使用温度范围广。
