The invention provides a curtain and a preparation method thereof and a window curtain. The curtain comprises a base film and a reflecting layer, wherein the reflecting layer is a film layer formed bycoating the surface of the base film with a coating material comprising the following components in parts by weight: 1.5-2.5 parts of tin antimony oxide, 50-75 parts of fluorocarbon resin emulsion, 0.3-0.8 part of waterborne polyurethane resin, 0.03-0.08 part of sodium polyacrylate, 0.1-0.4 part of polyvinyl alcohol, and 32-40 parts of water and/or alcohol compounds. According to the curtain provided by the invention, infrared radiation and ultraviolet radiation can be effectively blocked, and visible light can smoothly pass through the curtain, so that the energy consumption of a glass window and the energy consumption of a building can be effectively reduced under the condition that indoor lighting is not influenced.
