The embodiment of the invention discloses a height-adjustable support. The support comprises a support main body, an adjusting seat, a sealing ring, and a grouting channel, wherein the support main body forms a first joint part; the adjusting seat is provided with a second joint part matched with the first joint part, one of the first joint part and the second joint part is a bulge, and the otherone of the first joint part and the second joint part is a groove matched with the bulge; the sealing ring is arranged between the bulge and the groove and is used for sealing a joint seam formed between the bulge and the groove; and the grouting channel is formed in the support main body or the adjusting seat, the grouting channel is connected to the joint seam, a grout overflowing channel is formed in the support main body or the adjusting seat, and the grout overflowing channel is connected to the joint seam. According to the embodiment, a liquid is poured into the joint seam between the support main body and the adjusting seat through the grouting channel, air in the joint seam is exhausted through the grout overflowing channel, and the support can stably rise in a height adjusting process.
