The invention relates to the technical field of civil engineering and especially relates to a bridge-crossing portal crane support device. A plurality of large circular tube steel casing columns are used as supports and are put into a river bottom, and each span of a portal support crosses over the bridge; a large frame body of a portal structure is composed of upper cross beams of a bailey beam structure; and a crane mechanism capable of moving along a length direction of the upper cross beam is arranged above the upper cross beam; a shunting mechanism can move back and forth on the upper cross beam, hoisting and carrying effects on objects on a pier surface are achieved, whole operation is simple, operation time and labor cost of manual operation, equipment and the like are greatly reduced, a production schedule is well improved, and therefore limitation of working environment is overcome.
本发明涉及土木工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种跨桥梁门式吊机支架装置,通过多个大圆管钢护筒柱子为支撑,打入河底,门式支架每跨都跨过桥梁的装置形式,贝雷梁结构式的上横梁组成的门式结构状的大架体,在上横梁上方设置有沿着上横梁长度方向可移动的吊车机构,使得调车机构在上横梁上的来回移动,实现对桥墩面上的物体的吊装搬运作用,整体操作简单,极大的降低了人工作业以及设备等作业时间和劳力成本,很好的提高了生产进度,从而克服了工作环境的局限性。
