The construction method adopts a cofferdam and floating bridge combined mode to realize trestle-free construction operation, the cofferdam encloses a construction area in water, and pile foundation and bearing platform construction is carried out in the construction area; the cofferdamis of a rhombus structure, so that water flow impact force borne by the whole cofferdam is smaller, a cofferdam and floating bridge combined mode is adopted to replace a traditional cofferdam and trestle combined mode for construction, and compared with a trestle, the floating bridge is convenient to assemble and disassemble, lower in manufacturing cost and capable of being repeatedly used.
