The invention discloses a construction method of a broken-line-shaped irregular underground diaphragm wall. The construction method includes the following steps of 1), groove section dividing, whereinno construction joint is reserved in the broken line corner of the underground diaphragm wall, and the two sides of the corner folded line are combined to form a wall; 2), groove section construction, wherein groove sections with the lengths smaller than 3 m are punched and grooved through a plane set-hammer punching machine, groove sections with the lengths larger than or equal to 3 m are subjected to groove grabbing through a groove grabbing machine, and the folded line corner is firstly subjected to hole guiding through the plane set-hammer punching machine and then constructed through thegroove grabbing machine; 3), hoisting reinforcement cages into grooves, wherein a first and second reinforcement cage end-to-end splicing manner is adopted between the adjacent groove sections hoisted into the grooves, and the reinforcement cage in the folded line corner is an inverted-V-shaped reinforcement cage; and 4), concrete pouring. Reinforcement cage ends in two forms are adopted for wallmullion butt joint, and the quality of construction seams is guaranteed; as the inverted-V-shaped reinforcement cage is adopted, adverse factors generated when the construction seams are reserved inthe corner are avoided; and a square punching hammer is switched to, and the problems of grooving deviation and dislocation, poor perpendicularity, hole collapse and necking-down and the like are solved.
本发明公开了一种折线形不规则地下连续墙的施工工法,包括以下步骤:1)槽段划分:在地下连续墙折线转角处不留置施工缝,将转角折线两侧合二为一做成一幅墙;2)槽段施工:长度小于3m的槽段用方锤冲孔机冲孔成槽,长度3m以上的槽段用抓槽机抓槽,折线转角处也先用方锤冲孔机引孔,后用抓槽机;3)钢筋笼吊装入槽:吊装入槽后的相邻槽段之间采用一、二期钢筋笼首尾拼接的方式,折线转角处的钢筋笼为“八”字型钢筋笼;4)混凝土浇筑。本发明采用两种形式的钢筋笼端头进行墙缝对接,保证了施工缝的质量;采用“八”字钢筋笼,避免了施工缝留置在转角处的不利因素;改用方形冲锤,解决成槽偏移错位、垂直度差、塌孔缩颈等问题。
