Method for constructing section steel concrete underground continuous walls
The invention provides a method for constructing section steel concrete underground continuous walls. In the method, single section steel concrete underground continuous walls and steel corner posts at the joints of the single section steel concrete underground continuous walls are provided; the single section steel concrete underground continuous walls comprise I-beams welded with steel slots oncontinuously arranged flanges, and outer steel plug-boards and inner steel plug-boards inserted between adjacent steel slots; adjacent I-beams and the outer steel plug-boards and inner steel plug-boards provided there-between enclose to form a single steel box; and concrete is poured in the single steel box. During the construction, the steel corner posts and the I-beams, inner steel plug-boards and outer steel plug-boards that constitute the steel box are all vertically segmented and are respectively welded and connected after being vibrated into the soil by a vibrating machine to form the steel box, and then soil crushing, mud displacement and concrete pouring are carried out in the steel box. The method eliminates the process steps that must be done in the early and late stages of the traditional underground diaphragm walls, is continuous in construction, complete in forming and good in quality, can adopt small construction equipment for construction, greatly shortens the time limitfrom project, greatly reduces adverse effects of construction, and has remarkable economic and social benefits.
本发明提供一种型钢混凝土地下连续墙构建方法,包括单片型钢混凝土地下连续墙及单片型钢混凝土地下连续墙交接部位的钢角柱,所述单片型钢混凝土地下连续墙包括连续排布翼缘焊有钢插槽的工字钢及插在相邻钢插槽间的外钢插板和内钢插板,相邻工字钢与其间的外钢插板和内钢插板围合成单幅钢箱,单幅钢箱内浇注有混凝土。施工时钢角柱及组成钢箱的工字钢、内钢插板、外钢插板均竖向分段,以振动机械振入土体后各自焊连,形成钢箱,再将钢箱内土体粉碎、泥浆置换、灌注混凝土。本发明取消了传统地下连续墙先期、后期必做的工艺步骤;连续施作,完整成型,质量优良;可采用小型施工机具施作;工期大为缩短,施工不利影响大为减少,经济社会效益显著。
