The guiding connecting device comprises a connecting piece;a U shaped clamping groove connected with the steel casing in a clamping manner is formed in the connecting piece; a horizontal panel is arranged at the upper part of the seal end of the U shaped clamping groove; a through hole is formed in the horizontal panel; a hollow truncated cone shaped clamping piece for penetrating through and hooping a main reinforcement of the reinforcement cage is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the horizontal panel; a cutting ferrule is screwed on the outer surface of the hollow truncated cone shaped clamping piece; and the hollow truncated cone shapedclamping piece and the through hole are coaxial and communicate with each other. The U shaped clamping groove is connected with the steel casing in a clamping manner, and at the same time, the hollowtruncated cone shaped clamping piece clamps the main reinforcement of the reinforcement cage, so that the reinforcement cage and the steel casing are mutually connected, the situation that the reinforcement cage sinks due to bottom sludge of the steel casing or the dead weight of the reinforcement cage is prevented, and the construction quality and the construction progress are ensured.
