The foundation bolt comprises a socket concrete unit and a tower pile unit, wherein the socket concrete unit is of stand structure and is arranged in a foundation under special geological conditions such as differential settlement; each tower pile unit is of a stud structure with a nut (2) at one end; one end of the tower pile unit is in threaded connection with the socket concrete unit; and the electric pole tower is fixed on the socket concrete unit. The problem that the length of an exposed stud (1) on the basis of an existing pole tower is defective is solved, and the method is applicable to small differential settlement environments under special geological conditions; along with the change of the environment, the effect on the differential settlement environment with a larger settlement amplitude is remarkable, and the problem of differential settlement of the electric poletower under the special geological condition is solved.
